No one has been here for quite some time. I thought I would break the ice and welcome anyone who might be aware of the company or knowledgeable in this industry.

I read in my local news about the RNA production company moving into the Eastman Business Park. It appears they have a process to create RNA for both biological and agricultural applications. According to their press release they are positioned to scale their operation to become the largest producer in the world.

To become public they merged with this shell - I think it was a shell...or SPAC...or something.

Anyway, it is a local company for me and I grabbed a few shares so now I am following the progress.

Hope to see some posts on this board in the near future.

Does anyone have information on the old ENVI stock for Enviro Resolutions? are they trading under a different ticker now, or planning on coming back to the market?

I know ENVI is for Envivo now, so if any information can be sent my way, I would greatly appreciate it!

Good video on Mantra. Looks like peas and carrots. Mantra and Envi. One captures/supplies the c02, other makes ant sting fluid.

Long ago I tried to get him to speak to Larry, CEO of Mantra Venture Group just a few miles from him in Vancouver. I saw Larry and his family this summer in the KC area.

MVTG is taking CO2 and converting it, for starters, to Formic Acid which sells for $1400/ton. Check out their web site. THey have some patents with more on the way. More important, they have big friends and a project underway with Lafarge of Canada to prove it all.

I just hoped there was some synergism between the two companies. Thanks for the update.

Ken said they are basicly not now set up for conversion. My idea is to get him with the forces to be maybe for funding that he doesn't have. Set up a new approach to sales. Politics are pushing the green mechanics and he has the biggest percentage of the work done.

The capture and conversion of CO2 for a fuel is beyond the scope of our scrubber. I asked our head engineer Kelvin Campbell to comment on the capture of CO2 for use as a fuel. His comments are below.

Hello Dan:
We continue to have a number of proposals working in coal, diesel and waste
to energy. We will have the final report from the UK engineering firm we
hired to do a study of the impact of using our system compared to the more
common dry sorbacal injection system in a proposed waste to energy plant.
The study will show potential operating savings of close to GBP 4 million
per year (about 6.4 million US). This will provide us with a credible
document for engineering firms and potential customers in this sector. With
more than 450 plants projected in the UK and Europe in the next 10 years we
feel we will be well positioned to break into this market.
Coal opportunities are minimized by Democratic party policies favoring and
subsidizing more environmental forms of energy. They will have to conform
to the 2010 amendments to the EPA rules but this will be done on selected
plants with many coal plants projected to be shut down.
Diesel opportunities are coming back for marine applications and we are
currently updating our marine program for presentation to shipping company
owners.

So no sales yet but again our trial results are excellent and we anticipate
our success with the trials will move us to the next stage of
commercialization with customers in several sectors.

No contact recently though I sent another email 30+ days ago. I imagine they are long on hope and short on cash until a contract comes through. I also expect they have nothing to release until next year... pattern of most companies during the holidays.

Agreed on the long haul... but a haul is in order for us in the future IMHO.

So it looks like a long hold, but at least it's there. Wish we could be rewarded the "LISA" (Longevity and Interested Supporter's Award) from Ken with a lot of shares for Christmas.

We do not know what the new symbol will be. It is not possible to reserve or hold symbols with the SEC. Our internal conditions to relist are sales and a balance sheet. With the activity that we have on at this time we anticipate moving forward on an order by the end of this year. With added business in the first half of 2013 we will undertake relisting in the second half of the year. We are currently completing an audit of our 2011 financials so that we are up to date with the financial side. We have retained an in house financial person which gives us greater control of the accounting time frame vs putting it in the hands of an accounting firm. So we are positioning ourselves to move forward quickly with the relisting when sales are booked.

There is no requirement to exchange your certificates. As a name change with the same CUSIP registration number your current EnviroResolutions share certificate will be honored by the transfer agent upon presentation by your broker at such time as we are relisted and you desire to sell some stock.

We are making progress, all of which brings us closer to sales, relisting and future growth. And every day somewhere in the world we are informed of new, more stringent emission regulations that supports the growth of the market sector we are in.

We will pass on new developments to you as they occur.
