Q1 Earnings - "The Fairy Tale Continues".

Expect the same tired story but with a new title "Nuwellis", AKA "NEWNOTHING". It will be a continuing presentation of misrepresentation by omission and spin. There was absolutely NOTHING new, and in some cases truthful, in the press release of what the NEW company will do. Stockholders would most likely be furious and rebel if they knew the reality.

There has been an exodus of key sales and executive leaders - Top Rep and RVP in March, both the CFO and Chief Legal Counsel announced resignations in early April (aka the "canary in the coalmine"). Any rep worth keeping is looking.

There are enough fed-up shareholders and former employees that I suspect there will be lawsuits soon (Shareholder, Qui Tam, other).

It's appropriate for the CEO to say goodbye to CHF-S, as under his faux-leadership the stock has dropped from a pre-reverse split of approximately $3.51 to today's .17 per share, a 95% decrease.

THERE IS ONLY 2.7 MILLION SHARES OUTSTANDING $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Yup, filed for a reverse split again, and the dilution is NON STOP! Sad thing was it went over $1 That's what ALL these shit companies do, they just non stop feed off the stock so what difference does it make to them, over $1, reverse split, whatever. A reverse just puts it over $1 and the dilution can just keep on going! Expensive houses and cars are not cheap and greed is uncontrollable! Add public offerings to boot!

Yes, if they could refrain from printing endless shares then it will go up but the dilution is horrendous.

Don't know when Nasdaq delisting would occur. They just closed on rising capital and I see offering was at $0.45.. they should let it run at some point to wash all those shares before next offering is needed imo

That's all fine and dandy but if your not selling the units then it's nothing but BS fluff so they can just keep diluting/printing more shares into a little pump. That seems to be exactly what is happening today along with day trading/flippers/scalpers.

I agree. I just see allot of buys at .37 and it doesn't even budge where if those where sells would take it down probable 1/2 at least. I also notice the price drop after buys at a higher price. Because of the public offering the shares outstanding has gone from 45.1 million to 77 million. Seemingly ENDLESS shares for sale!

It's got to be dilution. I can not find or think of any other explanation. When it went 10 cents below the public offering I couldn't believe it! Also they had they're best earnings report or least worse earnings report. lol It looks like they could actually turn a profit next earnings. When it went over $1 I would expect profit taking but tanking almost to it's 52 week low was shocking.

Seems like a great time to just consolidate as it probable slowly slithers up and hopefully maybe a little spike if more good news comes out. NASDAQ compliance is probable or could be what is weighing it down so bad.

I need to find out the NASDAQ deadline and if any reverse slit is in the works. I can't imagine another public or direct offering at these prices, that would be the kiss of death.
