On December 17, 2007, Carrier Access Corporation made the following presentation relating to the proposed merger between Turin Networks, Inc. and Carrier Access pursuant to the terms of an Agreement and Plan of Merger dated as of December 15, 2007. In the presentation Carrier Access confirmed its previously announced financial guidance for the quarter ending December 31, 2007.
