The Business Combination Agreement has been approved by the Company’s stockholders. In order to effect the Business Combination Agreement, the Company will need to obtain listing approval for its common stock (under its anticipated new name) with Nasdaq. If the Company is unable to successfully complete its listing on Nasdaq prior to February 7, 2024 (as a result of any failure to meet the listing standards), the Company will terminate the Business Combination Agreement, liquidate and distribute all of the cash held by the Company in trust (other than a specified amount needed to pay liquidation costs) to its stockholders, which would result in a distribution of approximately $11.09 per share.

they have until Wednesday feburary 7th to merge if they dont. everyone holding shares gets 11.09usd per share soo hope you got your shares, it they are announcing a merger it has to be monday or Tuesday and if they do, name change and low float could run as well but considering they have been delisted since the 19th chances are that was done so that no one can buy anymore shares at a discount.

Anybody have a clue when the merger closes? ATAK will trade under DHAI? How long does this take? It's already been a 9 month process and shareholders approved.

ATAK: Whatever; likely just a "WeBull" phenomenon --- i.e., isolated totally to the (extremely-early) "WeBull" trading platform & no place else.

ATAK: Were you JOKING when you speak of such a HUGE run-up, & then drop?? My 30-minutes of DD right now about ATAK produces NOTHING anywhere on the Net about such a MONSTER price increase in the PRE-M today. For example, this article DOES discuss ATAK's run-up today --- allegedly related somehow to RIVIAN'S EV contracts, etc. --- but makes NO mention at all about a 1,000% price run-up. WHAT am I missing here??? Are you, "tw0122", "MiamiGent", et al., trading stocks in some OTHER 'dimension' of Wall Street??? (Seriously!!)

ATAK Running this morning on no apparent news.

It's a SPAC looking to rather specifically merge with an Asian technology company.

It has about $200M to play with. Not a tremendous amount in this world. But it can still move a stock.

Be careful- these fly up and nose dive, as there is nothing to the company, yet.
