Explanation of Responses:

StoneBridge Acquisition Sponsor LLC is the direct owner of such Class B ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 (the "Class B Ordinary Shares"), in StoneBridge Acquisition Corporation (the "Issuer") and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of, and is managed by, BP SPAC Sponsor LLC. StoneBridge Acquisition Sponsor LLC received these Class B Ordinary Shares through a subscription agreement, by and between StoneBridge Acquisition Sponsor LLC and the Issuer. 750,000 of the Class B ordinary shares are subject to forfeiture to the extent that the underwriters did not fully or partially exercise their over-allotment option in the Issuer's initial public offering of its securities. The Class B Ordinary Shares will automatically convert into Class A ordinary shares at the time of the Issuer's initial business combination on a one-for-one basis, subject to adjustment, as described in the registration statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-253641), as amended.
