Capital, Ltd. (Nasdaq: ACAS) ("American Capital" or the "Company")
announced today that its Board of Directors has elected
Brian Graff, 49, President, Private
Finance, effective January 1, 2015.
In his new role, Mr. Graff will be responsible for leading
the Company's private finance investing businesses. At
present, Mr. Graff is a Senior Vice President and Senior Managing
Director of the Company.

Managing Director. Prior to American Capital, he was a
Principal of Odyssey Investments Partners, a private equity fund.
