MILANO (MF-NW)--Equita Sim conferma rating buy su Ala, con target prce di 18,5 euro per azione, dopo che l'azienda ha comprato il 40% di Ala Germany, salendo così al 100% del capitale. "Sapendo che nel 2022 Ala Germany ha registrato un fatturato di circa 2,7mn e ipotizzando che abbia margini inferiori alla media, stimiamo che nel complesso abbia pagato meno di 4 volte l'Ebitda", precisano gli esperti.
