same day, Chris Meredith, Director, purchased 23,000 ordinary
shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 192.37p per
Ordinary Share and that Eddie Johnson, Director, purchased 21,174
Ordinary Shares of 5p each at a price of 193.6p per Ordinary
Share.
