United Mobile Homes, Inc. Increases Dividend FREEHOLD, N.J., July 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Samuel A. Landy, President of United Mobile Homes, Inc. (AMEX:UMH) announced that, on July 1, 2004, the Board of Directors raised its quarterly dividend from $0.2350 per share to $0.2375 per share. The $0.2375 per share quarterly dividend is payable September 15, 2004 to shareholders of record August 16, 2004. The Company's new annual dividend rate is $0.95 per share. United Mobile Homes, Inc., a publicly-owned real estate investment trust, owns and operates twenty-seven manufactured home communities located in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Tennessee.
