I don’t think UDF would even engage with NXDT.

An interesting thought (pulling numbers out of my ass)…NXDT buys it for $7.50. Then turns around and files suit on UDF’s behalf against UMTH for the felons’ legal fees, etc and collects $3 per share. Everyone wins, except UMTH.
