Ms. Rosaline Shau, the previous CFO at Milestone, will continue to serve the Company as Assistant Controller. Most recently Mr. Cohn was controller of Bookazine Co. Inc., a full service book wholesaler, and Arbee Associates, a consulting firm. Earlier in his career he worked at a public reporting company and an independent accounting and auditing firm.
