Matter of Investigation of Alleged Stock Market Manipulation: The Company appointed lawyers Christian Attar & Warshaw Burnstein to conduct due diligence and take legal action against alleged stock market manipulation against the Company’s stock by various parties. Counsel completed their due diligence and damages report in February 2024, identifying evidence of multiple trade imbalances that suggest naked short selling and evidence of spoofing, with alleged damages calculated at between $251.3 million and $262.7 million. Subsequently, the lawyers have been in the process of securing third party financing to proceed with the case. The Company has been notified that the lawyers expect funding to be fully secured and the case to be filed within the coming months.

If someone is investing 500-2000 it's risky

If one is investing 5000 - 20000, it's still risky, even more risky, but you can flip for 10-50% profit for sure...

There's no growth expected, only lack of sales, lack of cash flow, and further downward for most businesses these upcoming months.

Ive stopped investing into the market and switched to investing into my business through Google Ads, other marketing techniques and personal travel lol... F*ck stocks. At best, people are stealing your money with high stakes flipping...

There's no buyers anywhere. All my self employed peers are suffering. My business is down. It's been down all year. Home Depot just put out an article that people are not spending money on renos, interest rates are so high that people are not buying houses... billionaires and millionaires are not buying at these interest rates either, they're waiting for it to drop further so that they can swoop in and collect. But me thinks it will continue tanking for the next couple of years with the odd upward swings which are like headfakes lol... and the true buying opportunity comes when debt is more affordable or they decide to print more cash... if they print more cash, in my opinion, if you can't take advantage and leverage that like big shots can, than you leave the country because the effects of cash printing, we see today LOUD & CLEAR lol...

The Stimulus Checks in North America is what got us here in this mess today.

I have 57,690 @ $.44 per. R/s brings it to 5,769 @ $4.40. With today's numbers (using r/s numbers) it stands at 5,769 @Russogr.54%). With your reasoning, when I purchased 30m shares of AAPT @$.0006 (after adding on each drop) and went down to $.0001 (which put me @MB years and lo and behold, shell was bought and I sold 25m shares at $.009 ($225,0000). Still hold 5m shares just in case. not a bad payoff for 8yrs of waiting. Doesn't happen all the time, but more often than not. not everyone has the patience to wait, and everyone trades as they see fit.

after the reverse your cost will be $44 and you will own 579 shares. If it closes at .20 on Thursday it will open at 2. My advice is take the money (currently around 8K) and run. Take this off your screen and you will thank me later. Stock will move back toward a buck as disappointed investors like you sell. Sorry for your loss.
