Last OS update was March 28th. Think maybe they quit reporting that as well? 🤔 Wonder if the notes in the "Leak-Out Agreements" are on schedule. If they quit reporting teh regulation A offering that was qualified last September would also be dead. How do they pay for the BChain acquisition? How are they going to fund the BChain which is now nothing more than a cash burning start-up, umm, I mean "pre-revenue subsidiary" 🤭 You all should be pumping with some substance. ASII needs all the help it can get to continue to move those shares. 😅

iQSTEL has strategically monetized itsBChain, a pre-revenue subsidiary, selling its 75% stake for a total consideration of $1 million, which exceeds the company's total investment in the subsidiary.

The $1 million transaction is structured as follows:

$500,000 in ASII preferred shares, ensuring iQSTEL's value remains protected.
$500,000 in ASII common shares, which are expected to be registered in a resale offering filed with the SEC

"This transaction marks a key milestone in our strategic roadmap," said Leandro Iglesias, President & CEO of iQSTEL. "We are profitably monetizing a non-core subsidiary, strengthening our balance sheet, and simultaneously rewarding our shareholders by distributing a significant portion of the proceeds."

My first slap on the 4s I got .00035 but my 3m slap got 4s... .. got 3m earlier so 10m for the kitty....

Nice huge size Bid with about 483million shares. Those will start to move up once the 3s get hammered out and the 4s start to dwindle down..

3 are about gone with only about 3.5m left on the ASK..... Its about time for these super cheap share to vanish as it starts its climb North Bound.

Thanks I appreciate it ... this money here for me is throw away cant use money you need in OTC I love a great story and I think my go to lol of Fontalk still is very big piece in my mind they bring in Ben as he's building a wireless cell phone company and they point blank told us in the $750 million letter that they were building a yet to be determined company he as a private company right now has already named people to the board and I think that venture is a lot bigger than we realize. And yes I totally agree it's tough to really talk about stocks on these stock message boards 🤣 because of agendas 90% of the people would tell you it's pouring rain if the sun was shining 😎

I value the opportunity to engage in constructive dialogue, which has become increasingly challenging on this platform.  Despite being in the camp with a ton of shares, there's not enough solid info for me to advocate heavily in either direction.  

Over the last 7 months most if not all legacy debt and the acquisitions have been paid off it appears ... so this is pretty clean if they have more acquisitions in their scopes 😎

The details are everything .. if this SPAC happens what is the exchange rate on shares etc etc. 😎
