She's so stinky now.  Legions of preferred shares being given to execs and insiders, last 10-k showed sales dropping when a good product would be moving the opposite direction.

One thing is for certain, it isn't sales that's paying his mortgage.  Cohen sells SHARES to pay his bills.  Bolawrap is just the mediocre at best (LAPD and Seattle dropped it after trying citing 'ineffective') lure to keep those shares printing.  IMO.

Delinquent reporting is a triggering event that raises the interest paid on the preferred from 8% to 20%. They changed the terms so holders can take heavily discounted shares as payment.

last year they didn't report 23Q4 and Annuals and got delisting notification where Cohen rigged it so he got paid more while deficient right?
So look here again...Q4 gone.  No annual.  Is Cohen gonna ride it into another delisting notification so he can cash in similarly?

Finally they released earnings to get current.  And it showed sales had PLUMMETTED
NOW we sit here and they are late AGAIN, still haven't reported Q4 2024
Watch out boys, this company is dog with paperwork, remember when Cohen talked above having nobody on staff with SEC reporting experience?
