I was researching truth social last week before deciding to purchase a small position. Trump has been interested in Newsmax as far back as 2020. The fact that they just went public may leave them open to acquisition. Prior to running for office the first time his intention was not to win but to build a media Empire. Newsmax definitely fits in with that plan.

Qube's disclosed position in Trump Media, which was first reported by research firm Breakout Point, equates to 2.53% of the total free float of Trump Media, which is 53% owned by President Donald Trump and is the parent company of the Truth Social platform.

That was always a total lie because the owners and orlando received free stock in the ipo and that threat never existed in reality. They can and will run this down to getting it removed from nasdaq for low income and not maintaining stock value requirements of the exchange. And they will still make millions.
