@declaes -Market Value and calculation "offer/buy"-Value could be very different. Usual is 10times or multiple of earnings. Finally it´s depending lots of circumstanding and situations like prospects aso. No one knows.

Current market cap and outstanding shares is under 20 million. That's far from sector parity. I think it could go at least 5 times from here. Maybe more??
