Adobe Systems Inc. (ADBE) said Monday that it completed its
acquisition of Omniture Inc. (OMTR) on Friday for $1.8 billion.

outstanding shares of Omniture by Friday, for $21.50 a share.
Omniture, headquartered in Orem, Utah, makes software tools that
help organizations analyze Web traffic and get better insight into
how to generate revenue from that traffic. Adobe's core products
include tools like Photoshop, which creative professionals use for
print and Web-based design, illustration and layout.
