Classic TV, original and interstitial programming. On TV Land,
which is now seen in over 85 million homes, Cohen supervises the

network's first Emmy nominations. TV Land is pacing to have its

posting double digit gains versus year ago. On Nick at Nite, which
was founded as the evening and overnight companion to Nickelodeon
and is now seen in 88 million homes, Cohen is in charge of
programming some of television's best-loved and time-tested modern
sitcoms as well as the network's original programming slate which
includes Fatherhood, a show based on Bill Cosby's best-selling book
of the same name, Nick at Nite's Search for the Funniest Mom in
America and the hit hidden camera series Hi-Jinks. Nick at Nite is
one of cable's highest-rated networks among such coveted demos as
Adults 18-49, Women 18-49, Adults 18-34 and African Americans 18-49
and is also pacing to have its most watched year ever among total
viewers, up 15% over last year. "Jaci's proven track record at
programming and acquisitions at, not one, but two, successful TV
brands is a powerful testament to her business acumen and strong
sense of what TV Land and Nick at Nite viewers want to see on our
networks," explains Larry W. Jones. "Her promotion is a recognition
of her ability to continue to make Classic TV part of our
programming fabric and she has been instrumental in introducing new
original shows -- that speak to our respective brands -- the
cornerstone of TV Land and Nick at Nite, two of the most successful
brands in all of television." A 13-year veteran of MTV Networks,
Cohen holds the distinction of being TV Land's first ever full-time
