                              PDMR's Shareholding



Mr V B Vaghela, a PDMR of the Company, has notified the Company that he has
exercised share options over 13,951 Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company on 4
December 2006 at an option price of 367.5p. The option was granted on 27 June
2003 and has been exercisable since 27 June 2006, the performance criteria
attached to the grant having been met in full. Mr Vaghela subsequently sold the
13,951 Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company at an average price of 852.4695p on
4 December 2006. Mr Vaghela still retains an option over a further 8,090
Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company granted on 27 June 2003.



Following the exercise of share options and sale, Mr Vaghela retains a holding
of 53,487 Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company.
