Warner Estate Holdings PLC announces that it has agreed to purchase a
portfolio of industrial and office properties for both investment/trading
purposes from CGU International Insurance PLC and Commercial Union Life
Assurance Company Limited (Morley Fund Management) for a cash consideration of
#40,960,000. The portfolio consists of 20 properties with a rent roll of #3.5
million. Of this purchase, properties to the value of #30.3 million have been
acquired for retention as investments.
