The  Board announces that it has instructed Allsop & Co. to select and invite 
a group  of property investors to make indicative offers to gauge interest in 
the Group's  estate of residential properties in the Walthamstow area.  This
may  or  may  not lead  to  the Group disposing of its interest.  A further
announcement  will  be made in due course.
