Issue of equity

Vycon, Inc ("the Company") announces that it has issued and allotted 10,000
ordinary shares of $0.0001 each to its  former Chairman, Mr John Uttley in
consideration for his service to the Company.  An application for admission of
the  shares for trading on AIM will be submitted shortly. The total number of
shares in issue following this issue is  30,262,845.
