The board of Strontium, the AIM quoted consultancy specialising in the 
identification and development of high growth potential SMEs, announces that, 
on 29 March 2011, it was informed that Colin Brumpton, a director of the 
Company, on the same date purchased 74,522 ordinary shares in the Company at a 
price of 4.5 pence per share. 
 
Following this transaction, Mr Brumpton has a beneficial interest in 2,142,149 
ordinary shares representing approximately 15.8 per cent. of the issued share 
capital and total voting rights of the Company. 
 
The board was also informed on 30 March 2011 that, on 29 March 2011, David 
Barker, a director of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the 
Company at a price of 4.5 pence per share. 
 
Following this transaction, Mr Barker has a beneficial interest in 2,505,708 
ordinary shares representing approximately 18.4 per cent. of the issued share 
capital and total voting rights of the Company. 
 
The issued share capital of the Company comprises 13,595,684 ordinary shares of 
2 pence each.
