                                 RESULT OF AGM

At the Company's AGM held today all resolutions put to the meeting were duly
passed. The resolution to re-elect Andy Oldknow, an executive Director of the
Company was withdrawn as Mr Oldknow resigned from the Company on 17 December
2007.
