    Quester VCT 4 plc (`the Company')                       

                      Change of Accounting Reference Date                      

The Directors of the Company wish to announce that with effect from 30 October
2007, the accounting reference date of the Company has been changed from 31
October 2007 to 31 December 2007, extending the current period to 14 months. It
is expected that the results for the year ended 31 December 2007 will be
announced in April 2008. Subsequent accounting periods will now end on the new
accounting reference date of 31 December.
