Petmin received notice Tuesday, 12 March 2013, from Investec Asset Management Holdings (Pty) Ltd ("Investec"), (on behalf of segregated clients) pursuant to Section 122 (3) (b) of the South African Companies Act 71 of 2008 (the "Act").
