               Final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2001



The board of Project Telecom has declared a final dividend for the year ended 31
December 2001 of 0.4p per share making a total of 0.65p for the year.  The
dividend will be paid on 31 May 2002 to shareholders on the register at the
close of business on 19 April 2002.  The ex-dividend date is 17 April 2002.
