INVU, Inc. ("Invu" or the "Company")


                               Holding in Company


Invu was notified today that in order to satisfy institutional demand following
the Company's placing of new shares announced on 1 June 2007, on that day, Tyne
& Wear Holdings Limited ("Tyne & Wear") sold 3.25 million common shares,
representing approximately 3.24 per cent of the Company's issued share capital,
and Cynthia Goldman sold 1.25 million common shares, representing approximately
1.25 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.



Following these sales, Tyne & Wear holds 19,389,189 shares, representing
approximately 19.35 per cent of the Company's issued share capital, and Cynthia
Goldman holds 7,290,012 shares, representing approximately 7.28 per cent of the
Company's issued share capital.
