Trading Statement

The Board of Naibu, the AIM-traded branded sportswear manufacturer and supplier (ticker: NBU.L), is pleased to announce a trading update for the second quarter of 2012.

2012 Autumn and Winter Range Seasonal Fair

At the end of April, the Company held its seasonal sales fair with its distributors to showcase the Company's 2012 Autumn and Winter Range. Following extremely positive feedback from its distributors and the encouraging level of orders placed, the Company remains confident that trading is in line with expectations.

Additional Production Facilities

Naibu continues to make progress in its plans to build additional production facilities in China and after narrowing its search, has identified two possible locations, in Sichuan and Jiangxi provinces. Discussions continue and the Company expects to make a final decision during the current year.
