Minorplanet announced on 1 September 2009 that it had completed a refinancing of 
the Company by way of a placing and open offer, all to be preceded by a share 
consolidation (together referred to as the "Refinancing").

For the purposes of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company 
advises that the total number of shares in issue and total voting rights 
following the Refinancing is 6,447,995 Ordinary Shares of 20p each. 
 
 
The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and, therefore, the above 
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by 
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
