Proposal to Creditors

LZYE Group Plc (AIM: LZYE), the AIM listed company announces that, as part of a wider restructuring proposal for the Company that the Board is considering, the Board has sent a letter to creditors asking them to agree to accept an 80% discount on balances due from the Company to them.

Creditors have been asked to respond as to whether they accept or reject this offer by 5:00 pm (GMT+8) on 22May 2014.

The Company will make further announcements as and when appropriate.
