                               Holding in Company

MKM Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 1 May 2008, it received
notification that on 28 April 2008, Eaglet Investment Trust plc sold 10,491,667
ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  The
undertaking through which these voting rights were held was HSBC Global Custody
Nominees Ltd.  As a result of this transaction, Eaglet Investment Trust plc no
longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
