Yes. HMBL should have received $2mil in cash by Dec 31. Today, the deal with WSCG is official. Also means that all debt must be gone. They likely removed all the preferred b and c shares - at least those who wanted to get out. Same with the warrants. There should be a very clean balance sheet.
