In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30 January 2015 the Company's share capital consists of 219,080,000 Ordinary shares carrying one vote each. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 30 January 2015, the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan Global Convertibles Income Fund Ltd is 219,080,000.

The above figure (219,080,000) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
