Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today all resolutions were passed.

Accordingly the Liquidators have been appointed and it is expected that the listing of the Company’s shares will be cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. on Monday 21 December 2015.
