Notice re. announcement of full year results

International Marketing & Sales Group Limited (AIM: IMSG), the emerging markets
focused sales & marketing company, announces that its full year 2007 results for
the period ended 31 December 2007 will not now be announced tomorrow, Friday 9
May, as previously scheduled. The audited results will be announced as soon as
the full year Audit is finalised.
