Cancellation of listing on the Irish Stock Exchange 
 
Further to the announcement made by the Company on 25 February 2011 in 
connection with the proposed reconstruction and winding up of the Company, it 
is expected that the listing of the Company's shares on the Irish Stock 
Exchange will be cancelled on 23 March 2011. The Company's shares will continue 
to be listed on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority.
