Notification of Board Composition

The Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") was circulated to shareholders on 16 March 2017 and included the following: "Robin Taylor has served on the Board since December 2012 and is standing down from the Board at the conclusion of the AGM. Accordingly he is not seeking re-election but will remain as adviser to the Company. Therefore, following the AGM, the Board will consist of five Directors, comprising the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, the Non-Executive Chairman and two further Non-Executive Directors."

As announced on 31 March 2017, all resolutions were duly passed at the AGM and Robin Taylor has retired from the Board but remains as an adviser to Fusionex.
