                            Director/PDMR Shareholding 



FishWorks announces that it has been informed that David Singleton, a
non-executive Director of the Company has purchased, 2,173,913 ordinary shares
of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Following the purchase David Singleton, will be interested in 2,330,163 Ordinary
Shares representing approximately 3.1% of the total issued share capital of the
Company.
