Dipford Group PLC - Company appointments


The proposed recruitment of a Chief Executive for the Company's largest trading
division (Redwoods Dowling Kerr), as announced at the AGM in September 2006, is
fully underway. As a consequence, the role of Group Managing Director has
reduced significantly and the Company intends, going forward, to combine it with
the role of Executive Chairman. By mutual agreement, Rupert Cattell has resigned
as Group Managing Director and Jonathan Custance Baker will assume the role of
Group Chief Executive Officer.


Following this decision, we are delighted to announce that Chris Pople will be
taking over as non-Executive Chairman thus separating the offices of Chairman
and Chief Executive.
