Dexion Alpha Strategies Limited: Transaction in own shares


Dexion Alpha Strategies Limited (the "Company") announces that on 29 June 2007
it purchased 1,000,000 of its EUR shares of no par value at a price per share of
EUR 1.455.

The EUR shares purchased will be held as treasury shares. Following the above
purchase, the Company holds 25,000 GBP shares and 2,000,000 EUR shares in
treasury.  The total number of GBP shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
is 90,117,343, the total number of USD shares in issue (excluding treasury
shares) is 7,252,548 and the total number of EUR shares in issue (excluding
treasury shares) is 30,333,467.

Accordingly, the current issued share capital consists of 90,117,343 GBP shares,
7,252,548 USD shares and 30,333,467 EUR shares all with voting rights.
Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by
which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
