                              Purchase of Warrants


Pursuant to the terms of the warrant purchase letter disclosed in the Company's
Admission Document, CSA II, LLC and Elmwood Capital, LLC have each acquired
579,111 warrants at a prices ranging from 40 to 50 cents per warrant resulting
in an aggregate holding of 2.295% and 3.486% respectively. CSA II, LLC is owned
65% by Dennis Smith and 35% by Edward Yang. Elmwood Capital, LLC is owned by
Glencoe Limited, LLC.  Furthermore Sunrise Securities Corp. acquired a further
2,316,446 warrants, resulting in an aggregate holding of 6.589%.
