                        Crystalband plc ("the  Company")



The Company has been advised by Hoodless Brennan & Partners plc ("Hoodless
Brennan") that, as a result of the sale of 769,500 ordinary shares of 0.5p ("
Ordinary Shares") on 5 May 2005 it now holds 729,500 Ordinary Shares,
representing 2.89% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
Accordingly, Hoodless Brennan no longer has a notifiable interest in the share
capital of the Company.
