Creston Plc (the "Company")

Grant of Restricted Shares under the Creston Long Term Incentive Plan

The Company announces that on 30 January 2007 the following awards were made to
senior executives under the Creston plc Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") in
respect of 101,250 ordinary shares of 10 pence each, which included the
following awards made to executive directors and senior management.

Subject to the rules of the Plan and the satisfaction of the performance
conditions, these awards are anticipated to vest three years from the date of
grant.

In addition, Mr. Elgie has existing awards under the Plan of 410,096 ordinary
shares and also has a beneficial interest in 1,427,914 ordinary shares
representing 2.56 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

In addition, Mr. Brien has existing awards under the Plan of 283,315 ordinary
shares and also has a beneficial interest in 32,500 ordinary shares representing
0.06 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
