Total Voting Rights

The Company announced the results of a tender offer to purchase 4,450,000 ordinary shares in the Company (the "Tender Offer Shares") on 25 November 2015. In accordance with the Company's intention stated in the circular sent to shareholders dated 30 October 2015, the Company has proceeded to cancel the Tender Offer Shares.

Following the cancellation of the Tender Offer Shares, Cenkos wishes to announce, in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, the following information as at 27 November 2015:
