                                 Board Changes

Following the closing of the Offer for Capital Bars plc by Full Circle
Investments plc at 3.00pm on 21 January 2002, Capital Bars plc announces the
resignation from the board of Robert Gunlack and Robert Breare as non-executive
directors.

The Board would like to thank to Mr Gunlack and Mr Breare for their valuable
guidance over the years and wishes them well for the future.
