The Company announces that it was notified on 24th June 2010 that Mr.Wong Wing 
Hay had on 24th June 2010 disposed of his entire shareholding of 
54,648,000 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 7.5 per cent of the issued share 
capital of the Company. 
 
Mr.Wong Wing Hay has disposed of the 54,648,000 Ordinary Shares to Mr. Lam Kin 
Chung. Consequently Mr. Lam Kin Chung holds 54,648,000 Ordinary Shares 
equivalent to 7.5 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
