Result of GM and Cancellation of Admission 
 
Capital Ideas announces that at the Company's General Meeting held today all the 
resolutions were passed. It is expected that the cancellation of admission of 
the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM will take place with effect from 
7.00am on 2 March 2009.
