                                 Board Changes


Mr Patrick Rogers has resigned as a director of the Company as of today and no
longer holds any office within the Group. The Company has agreed to pay
compensation for loss of office in line with the Consultant Company's
contractual entitlements, such payment will be made on completion of the
Proposals announced earlier today
