The Company announces that on 4 September 2009 it received notification that on 
that day, Marc Duschenes, Chief Executive, purchased a total of 500,000 ordinary 
shares of 1p ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 1.875 pence per 
share. The beneficial interest of Mr. Duschenes following the purchase is now 
41,699,393 Ordinary Shares representing 24.23% of the total issued share capital
